not getting along with the rest of the chickens.

I have 6 hens and one rooster. One of the hens was attacked by two dog but had no puncture wounds. She was definitely stress and not herself. We kept her separated for a week from the other to let her recover. When we put her back out she stay away from the others. I put her in the run with the others and they started pecking at her and jumping on her. Especially the rooster. I took her out and separated her from the group. I have found I can put her in the coop before the others and they leave her alone on the roost. How can I get her out of the coop and back with the rest of the gang?

Sounds like a single integration issue.....
.....once you take a bird out of the flock, it doesn't take long for them to become a 'stranger'.
