Not getting any eggs need help!

So for more than a month now we haven't been getting any eggs, unless it's the rare day where we may get 1. We have 8 chickens and all but one are buffs. Now they seem to be healthy with no unusual behaviors, and are eating and drinking regularly. About 3 weeks ago we did have a hawk kill one of our chickens and attempted to kill another but failed. But this had been going on long before the hawk attack. Do any of you know what could be causing them to not lay eggs?

I am so sorry for your loss! Could they be molting???
Your remaining flock may still be in shock from the attacks. Once they feel safe and sound they will lay again.

How old are your hens? if artificial light is not supplied over the winter they will not lay.

We have artificial light for winter. 6 chickens are about 2 years old and the other 2 around 5 years old.

Are they getting enough nutrients?

Yeah and we try to let them roam around the yard when we are out there.

One chicken is molting currently.

Well that may be the reason that one isn't laying eggs.
