Not going in the coop at night

Tonight I went outside to lock my girls up and they were all in there but one and it’s dark outside is that normal?

Some chickens like to stay up later than others, seems fine

Not for my ladies, mine go in about 30 min before dark. But like people, some are night owls and someone to turn in early.

My BR is just like a teen, hates going to bed and will stay up as late as possible

How old are your chickens? A lot of youngsters go through a sort of teenage, refuse-to-go-to-bed stage.

Could you show us some photos of your setup? If it's hot and stuff inside or if the roost is crowded they might not want to go in.

Did you check the interior of your coop for a possible predator intrusion? A snake, perhaps?
