Not growing much

I have a 4 week old Polish that just goes t seem to be growing like the others I have had. Would love to get some feedback from more experienced chicken folks.

Some chicks exhibit 'failure to thrive'. Sometimes they suddenly start growing and catch up, but other times whatever is congenitally wrong with them results in early death. How much larger are the brood mates ?

The other Polish died and the rest are regular size chickens. In the past our Polish were a lot bigger at this age. Just worried about the chic.
