Not laying after hatching first egg 3 months ago

Good day all. My 14 month old silkie went broody April 1. She sat on one egg for 21 days. Fortunately it hatched. They are inseparable. Unfortunately she has not laid since. She never regained her weight after sitting on her egg for 21 days. And her poop is smaller and always has a lot of water with it. Thoughts?

Do a basic check up. Look for lice/mites, make sure her crop is emptying, trim any feathers away from the eyes to ensure she's seeing well. Get a fecal float to see if she needs to be dewormed.
Focus on her eating her normal feed, cut back on treats. She may benefit from a little extra protein like egg, fish or meat a few times a week.

If the weather is hot, she may be drinking a lot more which would cause a watery stool.
