Not Laying Consistent

I have 2 RIR hens I got about 21/2 months ago. They are not quiet a year old yet. One of them started laying and did good for about 2 weeks, but over the last couple of weeks I've gotten nothing. The only changes are that we have had some cooler weather. I haven't done anything different as far as food or anything. Someone mentioned getting laying mash I have been feeding them Naturewise 16% layer crumbles feed. I am new at this and any feedback would be appreciated.

Can you post photos of your birds?
Okay, so as far as you know only one bird has been laying since you got them? Do the birds free range at all or are they confined within the coop and run at all times?
