not mallards, what are these?

My friend just got 6 ducklings from tractor supply that she was told were 3 weeks old and mallards...they are clearly neither. The employee told her they get the ducklings shipped when they are 3 weeks old...what. Anyway, I know they are not mallards, but what are they?
