Not my Michael!

The scary thing I heard was that his father may get custody of his children. Look what kind of a childhood Michael had what would be in store for them...I heard many stories way back about the father abusing the Jackson 5 and making them work day and night

I am for one glad he doesn't have to put up with it anymore. I can't even imagine what he went threw these last few years.

He seemed like a person that just never grew up. He didn't seem like the type to force anything on anybody.

But I am saddened

I was a fan of Michael Jackson's when he did Thriller and Beat it, when he started all that weird stuff, I stopped being a fan, but I was saddened to hear of his death, I was in shock!! I could not believe it. May Michael and Farrah rest in peace.

Nor do parents who's child was "victimized" settle for obscene amounts of money unless the charges were bogus.

I liked his music when I was younger, and was saddened at what he became. I was very surprised when I heard he had died.

His skin was bleached cause he had vitiligo. You can see pictures from the 80s where they tried putting make up over it. He also had lupus.

I believe he loved children so much because of their innocence. Children would never harm him or lash their tounges or screw him over for money. His father use to beat him for every wrong dance move or note. It really is a sad story. He called him awful names like big nose and such. He wouldnt let them out to play and he always kept them under watch. I believe Michael being exposed to all this at such a young age probly did mess him up.

I personally believe he did not take advantage of any child, but some sick minded adult took advatage of a genuinely nice guy. I would pay 25 million dollars too to stop my name from flashing all over the news. Could you imagine YOUR NAME.........CHILD MOLESTER!! Id pay to get that stuff off too! It was going to go on for months and months.

Im sad I never got to see him live. When I was younger I heard of a come back tour of the Jackson 5 and I saved $300 to see him. But no..no such thing. Then he plans for the last one this year in europe.

I hate to say it but yes sometimes the parents of victimized children do settle out of court.

if the prosecutor came to you as a victimized parent and said ..
this case really comes down to the word of a child over the word of an adult and we really have no physical evidence, this guy can afford the best of the best lawyers and will tie this up till your child can collect social security and then your child will have to testify in court re living the horrific experience all over again in front of a room full of strangers

or

he has offered a very generous settlement and this will provide your child more then enough to live a comfortable life and afford all the therapy him or her may need..... and your child will NEVER have to testify and relive the horrors of the assault

which would you choose?...some may take the money and try and recover the "normalcy" of the typical American family, or some may fight to the death and until you have been in that situation you will never know.. (and I hope that you never have to make this decision)
