So my neighbors rooster and hen are always in my front yard. I have a bunch of hens and one small bantam cockerel In my back yard. My neighbor doesn’t care for his birds at all, his rooster has a severe case of bumble foot. I’ve tried shooing him off my property at first but that didn’t work. He jumps my fence and is very comfortable in my backyard and even slept in the coop last night along with a hen that looks like it’s been in a blender. I’m not sure what I should do I did catch him and look at his foot and it’s smells like death. I would just let them stay if it wasn’t for my favorite bird being chased off his own property. what should I do? I don’t know my neighbors and I’m not even sure they speak English.

Since he's not your rooster, then it would be a really good idea to take him to his owners and speak with them. It's possible they are not aware of the foot if they don't handle their birds.

If they don't speak English. Take your phone with you - depending on the language, you may find an app that can translate for you so communication is much easier for you.
