What can I say, life took over,

With 4 kids and a house to run, I haven't had much time for things I enjoy. l lost several chickens to a coyote attack-even my beloved Brahma rooster Rudy

And I just haven't had my heart into it for some time. We've since rearranged our coops and I have a different plan of attack with the coyote, and I'm going to start over this spring with new chicks. I'm still a stay at home mom, taking care of my soon to be 5 year old special needs son, and my 19 month old daughter. We have two older boys in school.

I have my order sheet ready (and that of a neighbor's) and I'm looking forward to seeing my Brahmas again, and trying out a couple new breeds. I look forward to reaquainting myself with everyone!

Thank you everyone

I am definitely getting buff, light and dark Brahmas, along with White Rocks (beatiful cream pattern chicks, when mixed with buff brahmas!) Speckled Sussex, Ameracaunas, Buff Orpingtons, and I'm going to try Barred Rocks, and Blue Laced Red Wyandottes-going with a hatchery, so I'm sure they won't be perfect quality, but I just love a colorful flock, and it's more for my enjoyment of watching and spending time with them, and the eggs, of course

And my lovely Brahmas came from Welp's, so I'm going to go that route again.
