Been a long time since I've posted here. Got outta birds for a while, got back in and couldn't remember my credentials. Been lurking in the shadows on occasion But now I'm back.
We got out of chickens due to out of control predators. But got back in about 4 yrs ago when some friends were moving and couldn't take their animals with them. We got 8 red Sex links and a cattle panel coop from them. The area around us has gotten more populated now so predators are not as much of a problem and We re-located the area where we keep the birds And have not had much problems lately. Sex links are gone now but we have Barred rocks, RI reds, Aracaunas and a white one from McMurry that is supposed to be one of their hybrids and was a "gift" with an order I placed. I can't remember its name. It does lay pretty blue eggs though.
Anyway, just thought I'd drop by and say HI
