Howdy from Virginia, and welcome back to byc! You're gonna love it here!

Fireworks have made my hens stop laying before, but never for more than a week and a half.

The biggest issue I have with them is heat. I recently go a box fan for them and it has helped a lot.

Mine have slowed down a little for the summer. My older girls have slowed down in general but they still lay a few times a week.
Are you certain that they haven't found a hiding place to lay? You should still be getting a few eggs a week. How many eggs were you getting before the fireworks? If it is stress, they will probably pick back up soon.
