Not only did Peggy get kidnapped, but...

The rest of this weird story (the kidnapping of Peggy!) is that we came home to find Peggy gone...and a new peaboy in his place. I have no clue whatsoever where he came from. Did someone swap him for Peggy? If so, why?

Twig's about to turn 11 months, so I'm guessing Newby's about 9.5 months...

Mabe someone lost a pea, found your pea wondering around and picked it up, then relized they made a big mistake and brought you their cause they kidnaped yours by mistake then they lost him too.

Well, huh. That is pretty strange. Stealing a bird is awful but understandable kind of, but swapping birds....? Maybe something bad ( hope not!!!) happened, like a loose dog and someone figured you wouldn't notice the difference?

Maybe Peggy ( You have got to give that poor guy a manlier name) will come back if he wasn't stolen.

I think the new Pea moved in and chased Peggy away. Peggy wandered into a yard, someone caught him, clipped his wings but Peggy wasn't happy there, so he left and found his way to where he is now.

Well we managed to find and recapture Peggy (see https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/776792/really-need-some-pea-catching-advice-please), but now we're trying to figure out what to do about his clipped wings.
Keep him penned? Which he really hates.
Let him out? Clearly, he does know how to take care of himself.

Mabe they are brothers, io mean didn't peggy just come up one day? i would be finding out who else has peas around you, you might find out more info cause somebody knows something with the wing clipping and all.
The plot thinkens
