I have a pullet probably 10 or so mo old was doing fine her happy self went to check on her this morning I thought she was dusting herself but looked closer and she couldn't get up. When I pick her up she kicks her legs wiggles around but when I put her down she simply falls over. She's eating good bright eyes comb normal just laying there. I suspected mercks but it came on sudden and she's not paralized cause when I pick her up she can kick and move around, pushes off with her feet with strength too any ideas thanks

This is a complete guess but could wry neck be a possibility? If you don’t know wry neck is either a genetic condition or is caused by a vitamin deficiency in which it’s easily fixed by supplementing some vitamins (especially vitamin E I believe) Wry neck causes the bird to loose balance and almost walk like their drunk. In severe cases the neck can be bent completely under the chicken. This may be totally far off but I hope she gets better.
