Not pooping, not laying, acting normal.

Three days ago we got 1 egg from our 7 hens. The next day only 3. This is strange because they usually put out around 4-6. I have also noticed that there is about 60% less poop on their poop boards than normal. The only thing I can think of is that I fed them some whole corn from the neighbors deer feeder the day prior. During this time they have also been ravenously eating as much of my banana trees as possible, which they used to just ignore. Not sure if this is correlation or just coincidence.
My wife and I are young and very new to this crazy chicken life. Is there any way I can check to see if they're having any blockage? I've heard there are ways to "feel" an egg inside a chicken. Does anyone have any useful tips or links? Thanks in advance!

What type of feed do you normally feed?
Was the corn treated with something? What part of the banana tree are they eating?
Do you provide oyster shell free choice?
Do they have access to some type of grit?
What do their crops feel like?

Feed: 50/50 mix of layer crumble and scratch
Corn: may have, ill have to double check. It's turkey/deer feed, so I can't imagine why it would effect the hens
Grit/oyster shell: yes, both are separately available.
Banana trees: they are eating all of it. Pecking through the trunks and tearing apart the leaves. They have become obsessed with them all of the sudden they have plenty of fresh cool water so I don't know what's up.
Crop: I don't know what a crop is or what to be feeling for. Any tips?

IMO layer crumble should be the MAIN diet. Scratch should be considered a treat. Generally treats should be approx. 10-15% of their daily diet depending on the protein content of their main food source. I'm not sure what "nutrients" are in a banana tree, but it may contain something they are lacking. You never know about chickens though, they may have discovered the tree is tasty, it has small bugs under the bark, etc.
If the corn was meant for turkeys as well, it was probably fine as long as it wasn't moldy or soured.

Ok, this is only getting worse! I don't know if changing their diet could affect them THIS much! Im going to buy a new bag of crumble today. Over the past 3 days we have only gotten 3 eggs from our 7 hens... three, total! To keep them from destroying all the banana trees, we have kept them in their run area next to our house, where they have started eating the screen off of our windows. What the heck is going on?!

How old are the hens? Do they have feed available all of the time? Are they pecking at bugs on the screens?

They are between one and one half years old. Food is always available. Clean water is always available. Grit and crushed shells are always available. The only thing I can think of is adding some scratch to their feet. Would adding corn to their diet cause them to completely stop playing? Their crops feel normal.

Do you have any pictures of your coop and run?
Any changes to their environment that would cause stress - like dogs barking, outside lights, building/construction, etc.?
Picking at the screen is "busy work", do they have roosts/perches outside?
Try hanging a bunch of kale, an apple or cabbage in the run, this sometimes helps as a boredom buster.
Have they been free ranging this whole time? Any possibility a couple of the girls have started laying elsewhere, like in the weeds or bushes?
