i am hoping this stupid git got his dogto chase her last night i had a right go at him he just swar at me and told me to mind my own buisiness until my neigbor and his wife wallked out and he ran off

Oh, that's too bad. I hope she is ok. I've had to do a lot of training work on my dogs, to make them safe for the squirrels. Some people are just mean.

This is a page on fox squirrels. They are big and good looking here, larger than the grey squirrels. Their backs are greyish, but the belly and tail have either a tan/gold or reddish gold color. The more reddish gold colored ones are amazing when they are sitting up and the morning sun is shining on their belly! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fox_squirrel

I've put a couple of squirrel feeders on our trees, so the squirrels could have a safer place to eat. I did it back when my dogs weren't quite so polite. Before I got the feeders, I used to put a little pile of food for them at the base of a tree, so they had an easy escape route.

there pretty my neighbor told me they had loads of touble with that bloke and his dog he uses it a status symbole poor dog he has trained it to bite and kill he ripped someones cats to shreds once considering calling the police to say its dangerous but they probably wont do anything until it acctaully bites anyone. stupid people dont they understand that it will just end badly for the dog teaching it to be aggressive my little rossi had to learn manners from day one he doesnt chase anything not even rabbits unless he is told too and then we only let him chase away crows and birds from the seeding grass and rats

We have a little wild rabbit named Cotton Tail! He lives outside and has become comfortable with us. We never try to catch him or pet him, but he does hop within 6 feet of us now when we are outside. He just slowly goes by, I guess he has realized that we won't hurt him. We love him even though he is really not a pet!

we have a skunk named peetie...

he lives under the garden shed next door and is possibly the siliest skunk in the world. he likes to be talked to and is addicted to cat food, HATES eggs though. (our neighbor feeds some local ferals) oh and realy likes marshmellows

you dont see him often but when you do its always that slow little waddle...as long as you dont suprise him hell stop look at you and then keep walking...hes sprayed the cocker a few times but thats because charlie insists on sniffing the "kitties" butt lol

if were sat around the camp fire sometimes hell wander over and beg for marshmellows...
people always freek out cause they assmue hes going to spray but he just wants food and will take it out of your hand then happily wander home.
we used to discourage him but chasing him away made him more bold and flat out pushy about it...and im vector species certed and didnt want him starting to get into the habit of chasing us...
im of course the only one that can feed him due to the rabis risks (im vac'd) but now instead of comming over and stomping and chasing us off...(he knew, threaten theyll drop the bag and i can take them all) now he comes over, and sits nicely by the chair and waits his turn, he also knows he gets 1 and thats it...

i wish i had a picture of him, but the flash freeks him out!

i dont have any special none pet animals LOL but you dont know how long its been since ive seen a squirrel in the yard. when i go walking through the woods SOMETIMES i see them but most of the time NOT. i dont see red or grey. but i love squirrels. when i lived at my old house my mom worked at a prison and part of the inmates community service? i think is what it was was to help orphaned or abandoned baby animals and release them back into the wild. well my mom brought home baby squirrles and baby rabbits. we had a squirrel feeder and they stayed around and ate out of it. so fun watching them.
