In my opinion yes, that way it gets to heal and you don't break the scabing or irritate it.

In your opinion about how long does it it take to heal so you can take it off??

Ok yes that makes scence.
I'm gonna make sure they don't get it off, and if it's soggy and wet tomorrow then I'll change it

Well I'd change it every 4-5 days regardless, but mine have usually taken about 2 weeks to fully heal.
