Not sure about his behavior.

I just wanted to post and let everyone know the little chick is still alive. It eats eagerly when I put food in with them but it doesn't seem to behave like the other chicks it's age. I am still keeping it segregated from the older chicks but the young ones I put it in with seem to accept it just fine. It and the others it's age are back on starter and will be for several weeks.

I'd like to know, is it ok for the adults to eat the starter or can it cause them problems also? I had to shoo some hens away from the chicks food today.
