Not sure about these two

I have 2 pullets that I just got from my local feed store. They are from Cackle Hatchery, so they should be pure breeds. They are about a month old. The reason for the questionable breeds is because all of the older chicks at the feed store had been put in the same cage to make room for the new chicks. They thought that the black one is an Australorp and maybe the splash is a banty of some sort. Any thoughts?

I'm no expert, but the first one looks like a pullet, but the black one? Me thinks it's a ROO!

I'm not sure what breed the splash one is. I would guess australorp for the black one though. I don't see any reason to think it's a cockerel yet though. I think my australorp boys had a whole lot more comb than that by the time they were feathered out as well as yours is.

that is not a splash. it's just a mixed colored mix, known as easter egger. the black one looks to be an old english game bantam

Here are some more recent pics. I still don't know the breed on the black one or if they are bantams or standard size. I am pretty sure that the EE is a rooster though. They are now at least 2 months old if not a little older. Does anyone have any differing ideas?

The white pullet is an easter egger but im not for sure
