It's bearded. It's got a very developed comb and red leakage over the wings though.

I agree. Pea comb also can inhibit wattle growth

Does it have wattles? I can't tell. But I've had girls get all pink with no wattkes. Usually boys get wattles right away too

I can't tell on the wattles, the facial fluff is pretty thick! They're out in their coop for the first time now, and in the daylight that comb is a lot less red than Inside - I guess I'll have to wait a couple more weeks to see the saddle feathers if I can't catch it to check the wattles.
