Not sure if there’s something wrong with my chicken

I have 5 birds and everyone has been healthy and fine. Lately we’ve been having some colder wetter weather here in NJ. I noticed one of my bird had a spot near her beck where there are some feathers missing. Her face has also lightened a little in color and I think it just new feathers. I just picked her up and it seems like there’s dirt matted on her feathers. I checked all my other birds and only other other has a little bird on the feathers on her chest. She’s eating fine acting fine no weird poops or anything. Just wondering if I maybe I’m missing something or if I should be worried. Thanks.

She's molting. Those are pinfeathers, new feathers replacing old, worn feathers.
When the feathers are fully grown those shafts will break away (lots of feather shaft dust) and the new feather will open up.

Ok I wasn’t sure if that’s what it was but I wanted to double check. I clean their coop out once a week and make sure their food and water is clean everyday. You saved me a huge headache. Thanks a lot
