Not sure if this is the correct thread, but found 2 of my hens dead this morning. *trigger warning, picture*

why are you so set on blaming your roo and already jumping at culling him? just separate him and if the deaths continue, it’s definitely not him. if they stop, it still probably wasn’t him. put him back in and if the deaths start back up, then it was likely him. the only real way to figure out, though, is to put up some kind of camera. you’d feel worse to know you culled your roo for no reason when the deaths still happen after he’s gone.

im not trying to be mean, but something somewhere can easily be overlooked. weasels and other predators are notorious for finding ways into places that are meant to be impenetrable, especially if they’ve been trying to get in for awhile. also, if these attacks happened at night, chickens are basically blind and will go into an almost paralyzed state where they won’t move unless something directly affects them.
I was thinking he same thing. Separate him and see what happens.

We normally leave their lights on in their coop during the night, so it wasn’t dark.

I am so sorry for your pain. Please remember them by the long happy loving days of their lives, not the short moment at the end of it. You gave them love! you gave them sunshine and treats and how lovely for them. They came into the world as helpless fragile little eggs that could have hatched into anyone's care, but they landed into your garden, how fortunate! They could have hatched in a dark factory farm, but instead they were loved and cared for by someone so full of kindness. Thank you on their behalf. Don't be sad, they were happy. Focus on the happy days you shared. Now they are wherever we all go, maybe to be born again into loving homes with even nicer sisters and more sunny days, or just back into the mystery of life. Their days with you were a blessing, how lucky they were! Remember the love.

That could be part of the problem.
They need a dark period....and some windows and ventilation...
..unless these pics do not show how it is now:
Their doors for their coop inside their run are changed now, we slide them up instead of over.

How many birds in that coop?
..and how old are they?
There could have been a big fight and some crashed into a wall and broke a neck, heart attack is another possibility.
