I think I already know the answer but it's worth a shot. Here's my newest addition age completely unknown and it's a Japanese black tail bantam mix.
 
Thanks. If it helps any this one is always isolated and picked on and my rooster chased it out the hen house the other day. It's at the bottom of the pecking order but no eggs or crowing

I think you have a pullet or hen. She looks to be more filled out than a young cockerel. Also a roo would try to be slightly higher in the pecking order (unless all your others are much bigger).

Ahh, Life is good. I still will keep my fingers crossed. I will repost in a couple more weeks.  I really appreciate your help with this. She was Agnus, then was Angus and now back to Agnus. My bride is happy. WOOOO HOOOO.:ya
 
Any idea what breed and sex she/ he is ?

Age 3 weeks, she/ he had wing feathers but no tail feathers when I got it 3 weeks ago. Its getting Colombian color on the tail wings and neck.
