I think I already know the answer but it's worth a shot. Here's my newest addition age completely unknown and it's a Japanese black tail bantam mix.

I think you have a pullet or hen. She looks to be more filled out than a young cockerel. Also a roo would try to be slightly higher in the pecking order (unless all your others are much bigger).
Normal for birds that are new to a flock, regardless of gender.Thanks. If it helps any this one is always isolated and picked on and my rooster chased it out the hen house the other day. It's at the bottom of the pecking order but no eggs or crowing
