5 weeks. We're claimed to be "black sex link pullets" but I believe they were mislabel and are actually barred rock. Any ideas Minnie

Yeah I'm thinking they were mislabeled at the feed store, because if they were my 6 pullets are actually six cockerels ha

Wow, IDK. Where did you get them? If I were guessing from backyard hatched, I'd say barred cockerel, cuckoo cockerel, black pullet. I hope to be wrong but you'll need to watch combs since they obviously aren't all sexlink pullets.

if you could take photos again in like 2 weeks might be easier to say
they could all be BR but they are great bird too

They were from TSC. Hopefully as they get bigger they stop looking so much like cockerels haha

I think they just threw all the dark colored ones in a bin and grabbed the closest sign in reach! Haha I'll call them leftovers until I figure out what they are
