is but one of them is bleeding I don't see blood on them but one looks like it gots poop or something on it. im not sure if I should call the feed store and ***** or find out what to do from them. is there a safe way to clean it up?

Do the chicks' poops look normal? Is there blood in it?

Looks like it has poop on it as in poop stuck to it's butt? If so, that is pasty butt, just need to gently clean it off with lukewarm water. I hold little butt's under a little stream of water and just carefully work it off. Then put a little dab of vaseline or olive oil on the area to help prevent it again.

If you are seeing bloody poops then it's time to get some Corid and treat for coccidiosis.

Their eating and drinking good so im not sure if they would slow down eating if they was real sick or not

Yes, it looks like pasty butt. You can gently rub it off with a warm, wet washcloth.
