Not sure what is wrong with my Silkie Roo

I have a 1 year old Silkie Roo....He has been absolutely fine but I noticed yesterday that he looks terrible. His face looks swollen and the area around his eyes are swollen. He does have some feathers missing on one side and he just looks miserable. I have taken some pictures but cannot for the life of me figure out how to upload pics to this site.

I am wondering if he got into a fight with our other roo. They have lived peacebly for a year, but I am suspecting that he got whooped, by our full size Barnevelder Roo. Are there any diseases/illnesses that could account for this? He seems fine in other areas, although he is a little lethargic. I do have him in a crate right now to give him some space and time alone to heal. His face does look red too...Hmmm...

Any thoughts?

a sinus infection can do this, look it up in the search engine, he will need antibiotics, separate him from the others until he is better

Hmmm...would a sinus infection cause his skin to peel off of his face and his comb? I will research the sinus infection....I'm not sure...
