I have a three year old rooster, Brahma. He started to get this redness on his legs after he "matured" I have soaked his legs in Epsom salt and sprayed them with stuff for infections, bumblefoot, etc I purchased at Atwoods. I am at a loss. How can I help him get better? Pictures to help see what I am talking about. TIA.

Poor guy. He has bad scaly leg mites and he may be pecking them because of the discomfort. Can you get any pictures of the bottoms of his feet in case of bumblefoot? I would soak his feet daily in warm soapy water, and then dry his legs. Apply a thick oil, such as vaseline, mineral, Vicks salve, or Nustock Cream which has sulfur and pine oil to kill the mites. Do this at least every other day, then twice a week until his new scales are growing in.

Oh no. Will those spread to the other chickens? Thank you helping me.

They can, but usually the mites are in the soil, and when the birds dust bathe regularly, they don’t seem to get them. You can clean out the old bedding and spray the coop, nests, and roost with permethrin.
