Not sure when to lockdown

This is my first hatching experience. We originally got the eggs for a broody hen, but she stopped being broody. My question is about the 21 day timeline. I acquired these eggs on 9/14. They were outside in 80+ degree weather on the backporch for two days, then I brought them inside. I set them in the incubator on 9/19. So do I count 21 days from setting in the incubator, or from when I got them? Thanks for any advice.

From the day you put them in the incubator.

Put them in lockdown on the 7th an they should hatch about the 10th. You count from when they go in the incubator.
