Hello,
I was looking at my girls today and on 2 of them their "ears" are whiteish while the others are red... one of them her comb is a bit white... is this normal???

Chickens can have white or red ears, that's how you tell what color egg they will lay. White ears=white eggs, red ears=brown eggs. As for the whitish comb, I don't know about that.

white-ish... they all lay brown eggs... i dunno maybe I am just seeing things, but their ear parts look paler than the others...

could they have mites/lice? mine had mites a few months ago and theyre combs were starting to turn pale i dusted them for ites and they are all better now lol

can you post a pic? thay may help. however i will say that i have 12 hens and we do have a couple that look very 'pale' compared to the rest. but i'm not worried about them... hense the picture posting suggestion...
