Not the vent as first thought

Its not her vent. Its clean. Its further down i guess you call it the stomach. It has a red spot. Cleaned it this morning. Put bag balm on it. Massaged tummy little. She would groan. Blow dried her feathers put her back in chicken house. Not sure but could be egg bound. Never had this issue before. Will take pics later when bring her in to soak area in warm Epsom salt water. Have to leave shortly . Hopefully she will be fine till I get back. Her tummy is swollen looking bigger than normal. She does eat & drink. Suggestions appreciated
