Not Thin Shelled...Shell LESS

This is the only “soft shell” issue I’ve had with any of the hens ever. It just worried me a bit that when I tried researching shell-less eggs, the majority of the results were about eggs that at least had a membrane holding them together, but mine didn’t even have that...just loose albumen & yolk

Guess I misunderstood...I'd not worry then.

I still would bet money it did have a membrane,
it just got eaten and all that was left was the 'wet mess'.
