The shredding of the feathers makes it really difficult to distinguish male specific feathering. But I am getting a cockerel vibe with this one, too. I still think more time is needed to be sure.

This is from my experience with Brahmas. At this age, all of my cockerels had visible pointed feathers of some kind and they were slow to mature show/European type similar to OP's bird.Not necessarily so with Brahmas as they are generally slow maturing. I'm leaning cockerel, but only slightly based on conformation - generally not great for gender ID.
