Nothing hardly except fairy eggs!

My 3 hens have been laying for momths now and only 1 out of the 3 young hens are laying normal sized eggs. Not occasionally but every day. I am at a complete loss. Suggestions please

They'll get with the program, sometimes it just takes a bit longer. My OE took 2 months before her eggs were good sized

pellets for layers. Have had chickens for many years But this is a new one on me!

Are the 2 a different breed than the 'normal' layer and those you've had in the past?

Are they actually fairy eggs, with no or immature yolks?

I checked many of the eggs and every one had a yolk to it.
