Oh no!!! I hope the chicks get there ASAP!!! I was just thinking about ordering some chicks too. I will pray they get there by the AM.

I love my LG as well. It just takes a little while to get used to it. Once you get it figured out it is really easy.

I GOT ONE!!!! One little button so far, and it's a pure white!!!! Now I just need 4 more to go with it...but it's doing well in the brooder with the 12 jumbos!! It looks so cute!!!! Cross your fingers they hatch overnight...

Chicken eggs are DEFINITELY easier, except for Silkies so I hear. And what kills me is I know my eggs are fertile, so it has to be the temps. Hopefully it just delayed it a little; that can happen with low temps, but what worries me is that I set my LG up in the morning, put the eggs in, then had to leave for work. Got it as stable as I could in the time that I had. When DD went to check, it was 103. She turned it down, but when I got home from work many hours later, it was 104. I'm just hoping they are delayed and not fried

I only have 4 days till mine from Tori are supposed to hatch...I can't wait!! I also have some of my chicken eggs due then, didn't even realize it until yesterday when I was trying to figure out how to set all these eggs!

The duck eggs will go in the bator that Tori's buttons are in, and a friend of mine has offered to 1) let me borrow an incubator; or 2) incubate the goose eggs for me!

No, they couldn't track the order and that was very upsetting. I think they should mandate all live animal shipments have tracking. But, My chicks made it here!

There were 6 DOA

The rest of them seem healthy though

Now I am just patiently waiting on the eggs. I hope they get here today so they don't have to sit in the post office on Sunday since they have been in the mail for a few days already. I am not at all blaming you SGM as I know it's out of your hands once the eggs went into the postal system.

No, they couldn't track the order and that was very upsetting. I think they should mandate all live animal shipments have tracking. But, My chicks made it here!

Yep and the same thing happened to the eggs you sent too. Maybe its the distance or perhaps the route from you to me and vise versa. I do hope they get there today so you don't have to wait another day.

Someone in zip code 45723 was sent some eggs this morning! Was shipped priority with delivery confirmation, was informed you should receive by Tues or Wed. Here is the tracking number: 0308-1400-0000-2998-5304

Post Office still has no package for moi. I must remember patience is a virtue!

I saw 4 or 5 embryos yesterday when I candled. It was still early so I couldn't be sure on the others. So that's good! I do hope they hatch!

I really hope the eggs get there today and develop into beautiful chickies! I forgot to add my eggs yesterday to the bator so they'll go in today. I was sick yesterday so my mind was in a medicine cloud.
