November 2016 Hatch-a-long!!

Pics
my chick has been under a chicken for 21 days and is yet to hatch. It has peeped today but has now stopped moving and it has been 20 hrs. This morning I quickly looked under there and it was moving, now no movement at all...
What should I do?? I'm worried that I made the egg go cold...

Woke up wide awake. Went down to check my bator. Look what I found! Baby number 2!

I did that with my little Fighter, but it was from a video I took on my phone of his momma and siblings.

This morning is officially lockdown for my crew. I candled last night and had a difficult time with a couple of the Marans eggs. Let me describe them and see if anyone can shed some light on what might be happening. First, these are the shipped eggs, so wonky air sacks abound. But, two of them had pretty normal looking sacks, but when I checked for movement and moved the light around, the pointed end was almost empty. These are not the biggest of eggs, so at this stage in development, I would assume, like the others, the embryo would fill the egg. However, I did "think" I saw movement (could have been wishful thinking, I know).
Any ideas? Thanks!! And, huge congratulations @theceltichorse! Darling babies!

Thank you so much!! Especially for being understanding! My egg cells look like day 14 maybe. Would that mean I need more or less humidity to make it larger? What if I had one that had a busted air cell but looked like it's alive?
If your air cells are small, I'd stop turning your older set but leave your humidity where it is for another day. I've waited until day 19 several times. Just watch closely for pips when you turn the other ones, and be ready to raise the humidity quickly if you see one.
