Deb, I've got 5 EE, 3 SS, 1 LS, and 2 surprise eggs in lock down. Let's hope the hatcher doesn't do these in.

No, I just don't offer them for sale because i only have one hen laying. Getting ready to set more eggs pretty soon. Itching to get started building the new cabinet!

Deb, if you don't get your second batch of eggs I will be happy to send you some. My LF Cochins just started laying and I know they are fertile the boys won't leave them alone.

The boys are BLue barred and the girls are Lemon Blue. I will just make breakfast out of them. I am not interested in hatching them.

No mutts here on them. They are in there own pen.

Thanks! They do sound gorgeous! I am getting discouraged with trying to hatch shipped eggs and ending up throwing them out. The post office is not very helpful. I can't remember the last time I had some hatch. I may sit out the Dec. swap and just hatch my own. Thanks for the offer! Deb

Have you candled the eggs from me yet? Most have good hatch rates.

Hi Jim! No not yet, not sure which Bator they are in. I may do that tonight. Gotta go fix the roof on the grow out pen, a big branch crashed down and tore the netting on top. I told DH we should use chicken wire , but even that gives way sometimes. Sunny day at least. Got my LO eggs from bargain(Nancy). Only had one cracked, so they go in the Bator soon with the eggs I got from Marie on a side trade. Making Turkey stew and chicken soup today. Smells yummy! Come on over for supper!:-D Deb
