Novice chicken momma

Hi, I currently have 10 1 yr old Rhode Island reds, 2 leg horns, 2 light brahama and 2 australorp. I also have 20 reds hatching in incubator starting today.

Thank you for the welcome! I have some piping going on. About half of the chicks have small hole broken through and two beaks showing. Kids and I snuck home early to watch, I am a ball of nerves.
