now day 17 quail, i think we are done update we have 10 chicks

up to seven but one isn't very strong. one zipping and three more pipped. so maybe will end up with ten.

so good news the one that seemed very weak is running strong. can't tell which one it was now. i do have one with a deformed foot. there really isn't individual toes. waiting to see if he can get up on it. at three o'clock i went to check on them. one came out beautiful and the other was a bloody mess. he had a tiny piece still hanging out of his belly and was total disconnect from egg. just cked on them again and much more is hanging out. looks like from all the rolling around, he is pushing his guts out. so doesn't look to good for him either. i have 11 now but i think i will end up with 9.
