Now that's an egg!

Just took an egg out of a nesting box and as I walked back to the house I realized that it felt large in my hand. Petunia, a 7 month old white Leghorn, is my smallest bird but she lays the largest eggs, usually 73-75 grams. This one just felt bigger so I broke out the scale.

I don't know how much mine weighed though, people thought it was a carrot....it has been a while, I think it was a 3 yolker...
