Now what? Treated with antibiotics

I happened upon this thread again when I was searching for something else.

I'm curious...was anyone able to find anything more out?
How are your birds doing health wise now? @theartsypaul

Everything was fine with the other hens. I ended up, I know crazy, nebulizing the Oxine for a week and then did nothing and everything worked out. She kept sneezing bit got better.

Nope, not crazy at all.
You treated her with what you thought you should and it sounds like it worked out which is the main thing.
Nebulizing Oxine is a new one for me so I learned something.

The veterinarian talked to a poultry specialist in my state and was told it was most likely MG. A culture of the throat showed the presence of ecoli. I ended up losing one hen last month. I could never get her gurgling under control, regardless of the medications I used. The hen that became ill first continues to be a chronic sneezer. The rest of my flock is doing great. I started them on Denagard in the spring and have had no respiratory problems in the remainder of my flock in months.
