Now what!?

If you have maggots on another duckling hatching I’d try and remove them if you can do it with causing trauma. That yolk sac looks huge on the one it’s got a lot of absorbing to do there.

What about this one?

Did it get that far by itself? Looks like it could pop out at anytime is it moving at all?
Was peeping this morning. Not this evening. Mom crush it some. I opened a little just getting maggots out. Making a clicking sound when breaths though... only peeps a little when I mess with it a lot.

Another crushed egg? If it's alive, but still, it wasn't ready to hatch, yet. It's really close, though. As soon as it starts moving around, it should roll right out on its' own.
The maggots are a real problem. I really recommend you bring the unhatched (and partially hatched) eggs inside, away from the flies - and away from whichever parent is crushing the eggs. That's how the maggots are getting inside in the first place - fly eggs laid on or in the cracked shells.

The one still inside is no longer moving... I did help the one almost hatch a little. Still allowing it to work it’s way out. It’s peeping a little and moving. I have it in a cage with the Brisnea chick heater over and reptile heater under. Also sprayed water on inside of cage (not on baby) and moistened the shell by hand.

There's always the "tuck it in your bra" hatching method. I haven't tried it, myself (although, I have to admit, I'm totally intrigued by the idea!) but there are several posts here on BYC where people tried it successfully. Apparently our body temperature and humidity are good for lock-down hatching. Who knew?
