Remember: DO NOT ASK TO SPEAK TO THE STATE VET! He/She is very busy and bothering them will not get you anywhere. You need someone in the Poultry Division. Most often the secretary of the Poultry Division can help you out with all you need. If not he/she will connect you with one of the vets in that office.
