NPIP certification in TN

Does anyone on BYC live in TN that is NPIP certified? I was wondering how much is costs, who I have to contact, and what all is entailed in being certified.

They just tested my birds for AI and salmonella. They took a look at their living quarters and that was about it. I received the certificate in the mail a fee days later. Really easy process.

I was only charged $25.
