NPIP Hatchery?

I ordered my now 7-month-old hens from Hoover's Hatchery. I got my baby chicks at Tractor Supply Co. but they order their chicks from Hoover's too. Anyone know if Hoover's Hatchery is NPIP?

Yes, they are. All the major hatcheries are. NPIP is required to ship birds.
