NPIP Question

I am planning on getting NPIP certified next year and have a question. Per NPIP regulations, can you keep turkeys and chickens penned beside each other? Or do they need to be a certain amount of distance between them? I am not worried about blackhead or anything, just would like to know if it is a requirement so I can start planning the layout of my pens now. Thanks! Scott

As far as I'm concerned you don't have too. I'm planning on getting certified also, and they never said anything about inspections. Though it may vary from state to state.
