NPIP testing at shows in FL? Quick Answer needed please!

I really would like to post my show entry for the Inverness show, but I do not have my birds tested NPIP yet. Do they offer this at the show? My entry has to be tested today and the show is the 26th!

I don't have a phone number for the show organizers.
