Ok I have a baby chick who is a runt who's leg is at an angle a sticks out. What can I do to help her?

You can try making a splint out of a band-aid. Wrap each sticky end around one leg and leave the padded part in the middle so the chick's legs are spread approximately the distance that looks normal. Usually within a day or two the legs have straightened up and they are walking normally and you can then remove the splint.
