Number 3 has hatched

2 has hatched so far now the 3rd one did but I think hes early? He has a yolk sack still connected to him so I put him in a bowl in the incubator to keep him confined. Is there anything else I need to do?

I don't think you need to do anything else. Hopefully he'll absorb the yolk sac normally. Congratulations on the ducklings.

Sadly he didnt make it. but we had another pop out about an hour ago. Got 3 more and 1 goose egg.

Sorry about that. It's possible he had a yolk sac infection or something. Hope the others will make it!

So far 3 are doing good. My daughter put her stuffed bear in their brooder.
