Still waiting for 7 to hatch. Two have pipped over 24 hours ago. I had a listen to them and they are still hard at work.
Don't know if I will need to help these 2 this afternoon. I will give them a little more time. I let another one try to do itself the other day and it didn't make it. So will have to make that hard choice when the hours tick away.
Does anyone know how long I should wait and is there a way to tell if the chick is under stress and really needs help?
