Nurture 360 at around 60% until day 18??

I am unable, while using my Nurture 360, to get the humidity lower than about 60-64% and it has been this way for days. I have tried keeping the lid slightly open a crack on one end, which pulls it down to 49% ( more normal). Is it okay to just proceed this way until the machine goes up to 65% humidity itself on Day 18 for lockdown? I have candled recently and see movement in all 15 eggs that have been in this 60-64% humidity for days now. I don't want to unplug the machine and move it into a closet at this point, as it will reset the "Days til Hatch" and all functions associated with that. Has anyone had an average or good hatch rate with eggs that were incub on humidity this high?

I just bought two of the NR 360’s, I didn’t add a water at anytime, I kept the vent on top open about 1/4 of the way until they started hatching, then I opened it halfway, I also left both portals, where you add water open, my humidity stayed from 35-50%, and averaged around 40%, when the chicks started hatching it jumped to 88%, I didn’t open the incubator until day 18 when I took the turner out and candled them, I had 21 fertile eggs, 20 eggs hatched, one I helped but ended up dying, the other egg died about 1/2 ways through the process, I missed it when I candled them,I have 19 chicks out of 21 fertile eggs.
This is the 100% dry hatching method, and this is the first time I ever tried to incubate eggs.
I was pleasantly surprised.
I have the other one going into lockdown today, I haven’t opened it or added any water, so we’ll see how it does.
